At Hindhuke, we ensure every pooja item is carefully inspected, packed with devotion, and delivered safely. Due to the sacred and hygienic nature of our products, our return policy is strict but fair.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility Conditions
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has a clear manufacturing defect
- Item missing from the package
To qualify for return:
- Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts)
- Clear photos of product and packaging must be shared
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
⚠ Without unboxing video proof, claims may not be accepted.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
Due to religious sensitivity and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened pooja items
- Idols once unsealed
- Kumkum, turmeric, oils, incense sticks once opened
- Flowers, prasad, edible items
- Customized or personalized items
- Bulk orders for events or temple use
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor color/size variation due to screen differences
3️⃣ Return Approval Process
Step 1: Email us at [your email] with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Photos of issue
Step 2: Our team will verify within 2–3 business days
Step 3: If approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable area)
OR - Customer may need to self-ship (shipping reimbursement applicable if claim valid)
4️⃣ Refund Policy
Once returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer or UPI
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from our side
If refund is delayed:
- Contact your bank first
- Then contact us with transaction reference
5️⃣ Partial Refund Situations
Partial refund may apply if:
- Product returned with missing components
- Product returned in damaged condition not caused during delivery
- Packaging severely damaged
6️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Refund for cancelled orders processed within 3–5 working days
During festival seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi), cancellation window may be shorter due to high volume orders.
7️⃣ Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers must place a new order after refund is processed.
