SHIPPING POLICY

Hindhuke aims to deliver your pooja essentials safely and on time.


1️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Bulk or customized orders may take 3–5 business days
  • Orders placed after 6 PM processed next business day
  • No dispatch on Sundays and national holidays

During peak festive season, processing may extend up to 4–6 days.


2️⃣ Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier service availability.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fee calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping above ₹[insert amount]
  • COD charges (if applicable) may range between ₹30–₹100
  • Remote area delivery surcharge may apply

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is defective or wrong item sent.


4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD available in selected PIN codes
  • COD confirmation call may be required
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to COD restriction

5️⃣ Order Tracking

Once shipped, customer will receive:

  • Tracking ID via SMS or Email
  • WhatsApp notification (if enabled)

Customers can track order on courier website using tracking number.


6️⃣ Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Festival rush
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier strikes

Hindhukka is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


7️⃣ Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address
  • Multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • Additional charges for re-shipment

8️⃣ Damaged or Tampered Package

If package appears damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept delivery
  • Take photo immediately
  • Inform us within 24 hours

9️⃣ Lost Shipment Policy

If courier confirms shipment lost:

  • Replacement will be sent (subject to stock availability)
    OR
  • Full refund will be processed

Investigation may take 5–7 working days.
